Brrr-Shaker Card

This card was inspired by Donna Mundinger of the Cricut Messageboard and was so much fun to make. I embossed the background paper with Cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder, cut the snowman from Cricut Doodlecharms and cut a circle from his tummy with Design Studio to make a shaker card. I used Plantain Schoolbook for the letters and added flatback pearls. Martha Stewart lace punch was used for the band and added a few snowflakes cut with Cuttlebug snowflake die.

Another Have Yourself A Mickey Little Christmas

Here is another Have Yourself A Mickey Little Christmas. Unexpectedly we received a Christmas card from a a guy that I used to work with that has since gone to work at Disney World so I thought I would make this one for him. It was a no brainer...all I did was changed the background paper. Same as the previous card but different background paper.

Have Yourself A Mickey Little Christmas

Here's a card I did for good friends of ours that eat, sleep and dream Mickey. I colored the image with Prisma pencils and Gamsol, then cut it with a scallop circle Nestibility, added a few sprigs using Martha Stewart branch punch and added red rhinestones and a gold and red bow.

The image can be found on line---

You will need to click on the image then copy it to a word document then resize.

Money Holder For Our Dog Groomer

Here's a money holder I did for the dog groomer--- I used a coloring page from the Internet---

with computer word circle, nestabilities for the scallop, fiskers tag punch for the name tag and hand cut holly around the tag for the front. Computer generated words with a dog paw stamp for the inside and computer word with train font from Dafont for the back. After I had it all together-my husband said I should have written "Pawmade" instead of "Handmade" since I signed it from the dogs...oh well, maybe next year!

Heartfelt Wishes On Angel Wings

This is a very simple card, how I love those 3 little angels! I colored the image with Prisma pencils and Gamsol. I added some score lines using Scor Pal and some glitter and some ribbon and a bow, then layered it on a cut file that Linda Davis from the Cricut Messageboard offered on her blog---

Skating Frosty

This cards was done in the same way as the previous one.

Happy Snow

Here is a card I did using an idea that I found on Stampendous website but when I went back to find the link, I wasn't able to. It seems as though they have redone their website. It was done in 2 layers. The images were colored using Prisma pencils and Gamsol. For the top layer I stamped the bears and placed the tan Nestibilitiy mat over the image then cut a partial oval using and the oval Nestibility then cut around the image and hand doodled around the oval. For bottom layer I stamped the snow scene, colored and glittered then place thin 3D dots between the layers and adhered it to the base card. The Cuttlebug snowflake die was used for the snowflakes.

Ho Ho Ho

I had so much fun making this card for my 2 year old grandson. I used Cricuit Zooballoo for the penguins and Walk in my Garden tulips for the feet. I funflocked the black layer. Cricut Christmas Cheer was used for ho ho ho then added tiny bows and silver gel pen for the doodle dots. For the background layer I used Cuttlebug snowflake and Swiss dot embossing folders. The hat was heat embossed with black and silver embossing powder. I added a ribbon, craft yarn and a rhinestone for the scarf and movable eyes.

Joy

On this card I used Cricut JOTS cartridge to cut the candle and the word Joy, then layered with metallic card stock. I heat embossed the circles in gold on the background paper and used Martha Stewart lace punch for the band. I added Hero Art poinsettias and glitter for the flame.

Merry Christmas-Shaker Card

I had so much fun making the 1st shaker card, I decided to make another one. I used the snowman from Cricut Doodlecharms cutting off the arms and layered it on silver metallic cardstock then cut a circle in his tummy, added a layer of acetate and filled with glitter. I added movable eyes and a piece of ribbon for his scarf, adding a craft yarn bow and a silver flatback. The background layer is embossed with Cuttlebug snowflake folder and Swiss dot folder for the snow layer. The words are heat embossed with silver embossing powder cut with an oval Nestibility and layered on scallop oval. The tree is cut from Cuttlebug Treetop combo and embossed. I added flatback snowflakes from Walmart and the packages are from my stash.

A Very Merry Christmas-Shaker Card

My very 1st shaker card was so fun to make. Instructions can be found on Splitcoaststampers--- http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/shaker_card/
I cut the penguin from Cricut Zooballoo then cut a V to make a widows peak and put funflock on the black layer and cut a circle in the white layer in his tummy with a circle Nestibility, added a layer on acetate then filled it with glitter. I used the tulips from Cricut Walk in my Garden for his feet and inked them. The snow layer of the background was embossed with Swiss Dot Cuttlebug folder. The snowflakes were cut with the Cuttlebug die cut, glittered and a silver flatback pearl was added to the center. The North pole sign and colored with Sharpie markers and cut the image then added it the background layer. The Very Merry Christmas circle was cut with a Nestibility then stamped and heat embossed with silver embossing powder. I added a few tree brads

Sending Thoughts Of Love This Holiday Season

This image was colored with Prisma pencils and Gamsol then layered on circle/scalloped Nestibilities. I added a few snowflakes cut with the Cuttlebug snowflake die, added some rain hearts and glitter. Words are computer generated then cut with Nestibilities tag die.

Happy Holidays

Another card using Martha Stewart branch punch. I cut a circle using Nestibilities and adhered the punches around the circle to form a wreath. Then I cut background paper on the diagonal and layered it on metallic cardstock. Added red velvet ribbon, a bow and gold flatback pearls. Words are computer generated.

Bella's 1st Christmas

I had made this for our youngest granddaughter's 1st Christmas. I had gotten this idea from Donna Mundinger of the Cricut Messageboard. I used Cricut JOTS for the rocking horse the Christmas cartridge for the bear and Martha Stewart branch punch for the tree, then added some red rhinestones, gold flatbacks and craft yarn for the bows on the tree and mane on the rocking horse. Words are computer generated and cut with circle/scallop Nestibilities.
